Many people come here to experience the beach. But everyone is not at the same place when it comes to fully experiencing the beach. Our process takes its form the experience of the beach.

6	Some people will wade right in When people come we will welcome them into the family of God at St. Andrew’s By-the-Sea. We established the Welcome Ministries to help people find a home in our church.

8	Finding our home is cause for Celebration. We will worship God and celebrate the goodness of life. We established the Worship and Celebration Ministries.
9	Worship and Celebration Ministries - Choir - Light Reigns - Ushers - Communion servers - Acolytes - Music Committee - Special Celebrations
10	We all want to learn to swim We will offer classes to help people learn about Jesus Christ We established a Nurture Ministries to provide educational opportunities for people to strengthen their faith.
11	Nurture Ministries Bible Studies Sunday Classes for all ages. Adult Education at various times & places Family Ministries Special Interest Classes Fellowship Groups and new small groups
12	Some want to go Surfing We will encourage people to develop their personal and spiritual gifts. We established a Spiritual Growth Ministries to help people discover, claim, and fully develop their gifts.
