Prayer Vigil

7:00am-7:00pm in the Sanctuary
We open the Lenten Season with 12 hours of prayer.  You may sign up for a half-hour slot in the prayer vigil after worship or by calling the church office. You may also participate from home or work.

Ash Wednesday Service

Our Ash Wednesday observances are based on very ancient Christian traditions, which are themselves based on the ancient Jewish practices of Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement. It is a service that reminds us of our mortality, our brokenness, the suffering of Jesus and of the poor.
