Pie With Paula! (Formerly Meet the Pastors)

Saturday, June 26 from 10:30am to Noon at Paula’s home.  She wants to hear what’s on your mind.  And it’s a wonderful opportunity to get to know Paula in a casual atmosphere.  Each short session will allow guests to casually converse with Paula and other newcomers to find out more about life at

Essential Beliefs (Formerly “Basic Beliefs”)

What makes a Christian uniquely a Christian?  Throughout the last 2,000 years, people of faith have been trying to put into words just what it is they do (or do not) believe.  It’s not an easy task!  In this seminar, we look to ancient & modern creeds to help express those beliefs, but do not consider them a “litmus test” for being a part of a church community.  Join us as we try to make sense of God’s call in particular times, cultures & situations in which we find ourselves.   Use your “How may we serve you?” card to indicate your interest; make sure you give us your preferred contact info so that someone may get in touch with you.   Pastor Paula will facilitate.  Wednesdays, 6/9 – 6/23 @ 7:30pm.

 The Serenity Prayer

Is everything “going well” in your life, but…are you still restless inside?  Or, do you worry a lot?  Wake up in the middle of the night & make “to do” lists?  Are you dealing with a teenager or aging parent who “won’t listen any more”?  Or are you grieving over the loss of a loved one?  These sentiments represent our everyday struggles that come to all of us at some stage of our lives.   If you are searching for a deeper peace in & around your life, we invite you to join us in an experiment with the “Serenity Prayer.”  Wednesday evenings, 6/30 – 7/21 at 7:30pm, facilitated by Pastor Paula.  Use your “How may we serve you?” card & write in your interest to participate in the “Comments/Prayer Requests” section.  Make sure you give us your preferred contact info so that we can contact you.
